Our Très Jolie line replaces all butter and milk ingredients with olive oil and agave nector, offering a more healthful confection, packed with natural flavors. We use certified fair-trade bittersweet chocolate of 55% cocoa, and we add no cane sugar to the recipe. All of our Très Jolie dark chocolate flavors are completely non-dairy, and contain no animal products of any sort (please note, our White fudge does contain milk products). Our Très Jolie flavors are slightly softer and smoother than traditional fudge, thus we refer to them as "truffle fudge".
We start with an olive oil that has been infused with blood-oranges, and add it to bittersweet chocolate, stir in agave nectar and just a little maple syrup. What we get is a delectible dark chocolate, lightly sweetened with an unmistakable overtone of deep rich orange flavor.
Starting with bittersweet chocolate, we add pure pomegranate juice concentrate, olive oil, agave nectar, and a touch of maple syrup and vanilla to create this dark chocolate confection that is just luscious. Paired with your favorite after-dinner port, it is a treat unmatched on this planet.
We combine meyer lemon infused olive oil with a white creamy candy base, stir in agave nectar, and then sprinkle freshly-grated lemon zest on top. The soft lemon flavor will taunt you all day.

Although our Tres Jolie line is not created as a low calorie food, it is known that olive oil is more heart-friendly than our traditional butter and cream ingredients. We also know that agave nectar and maple syrup have a lower glycemic index, so our bodies like this sweet treat more than one filled with processed cane sugar.
